<p>PURPOSE: An exercise device capable of hip-up exercise is provided, which enables a user to do exercise in the optimum condition according to an exercise mode and user's physical condition. CONSTITUTION: An exercise device capable of hip-up exercise comprises: a base plate(100) on which a part of user's body can be settled; a base frame(200) which is combined with the base plate and is formed in order to be put on the surface; a supporting frame(300) which is formed so that a user can grip, is pivotally combined with the base frame, and is fixed at an arbitrary angle; and an elastic band assembly(400) which connects the supporting frame to user's legs and is elastically transformable.</p> |
