METHOD FOR FABRICATING LARGE AREA X-RAY DETECTOR USING AN OPTICAL TAPE

A manufacturing method of a large area x-rays detector using an optical tape is provided to increase the quality of an obtained image by reducing the bubble and by maintaining the uniform distance between a sensor panel and a scintillator panel. A manufacturing method of a large area x-rays detector using an optical tape comprises followings. A sensor panel(140), a scintillator panel(110) and the optical tape in which both sides are protected with a first protective film and a second protective film are prepared. The optical tape removing the first protective film is positioned on the sensor panel. The optical tape is compressed by a roller and adheres to the sensor panel. The second protective film of the optical tape is removed. The scintillator panel is positioned on the sensor panel in which the optical tape is adhered. The scintillator panel is compressed by the roller and adheres to the sensor panel.
