A solidifying agent composition and a method for solidifying fluent waste using the same are provided to facilitate transportation and custody of the fluent waste by solidifying the fluent waste. A solidification agent composition includes a solidifying agent of 50 to 75 wt%, the additive of 15 to 30 wt%, and a reaction accelerator of 10 to 20 wt%. The solidification agent composition solidifies the fluent waste. The additive absorbs and fixes the radioactivity, the oil and the heavy metal included in the fluent waste. The reaction accelerator promotes the solidification reaction of the solidification agent composition. The solidification agent composition is agitated with the fluent waste(S201). The agitated solidification agent composition and the fluent waste are cured for a specific period(S203). |
