CONTROLLED/INDEPENDENT MARKING BRIDGE

FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: controlled cutting marking bridge includes one or more carts and relates to high-precision system of cart positioning on bridge. Marking bridge includes several mobile carts. Each cart is equipped with rotor, and bridge is equipped with stator for transposition of mobile carts. Position of a cart defined as reference cart is registered when it moves beside motion sensor. Position of each other cart is registered separately when they move besides motion detector. Difference between cart position and reference cart position is a displacement incremented to cart position indicators to define precise cart position against reference cart. Each cart can have marking unit which includes actuator affecting marking wheel over reduction gear. Actuator applies constant force to marking wheel and adjusts force at any positive or negative deviation of marking wheel from original course. ^ EFFECT: enhanced marking precision between neighbour layout lines drawn on glass band by marking discs. ^ 20 cl, 10 dwg
