PURPOSE: A bio-filter type deodorization apparatus including a pre-processing unit is provided to effectively remove alkaline bad smell and acidic bad smell, and to reduce the chemical shock of microorganisms in a ceramic media. CONSTITUTION: A bio-filter type deodorization apparatus(100) comprises the following: a blowing fan(110) blowing bad smell gas into the deodorization apparatus; a first filter unit(120a) passing the bad smell gas through a polyurethane foam layer(121a) and a pall ring layer(122a); a pre-processing unit(120) formed with a second filter unit(120b); an acidic water supply tank(130a) supplying acidic water to the first filter unit; an alkaline water supply tank(130b) supplying alkaline water to the second filter unit; a main body(140) including a porous ceramic media layer(141), and a limestone layer(142); a processing water storage tank(150); a discharging unit(160) discharging purified gas after passing through a demister(162) and a steam separator; and a controller(170).
