PURPOSE: A supply system of sterilized water is provided to successively supply sterilized water, thereby supplying more fresh and clean water. CONSTITUTION: A supply device of sterilization water(100) includes: a feed water supply pipe(10); a heating sterilization unit(20) in which the raw water provided from the source water supply pipe is heated and the sterilized; a sterilized water supply pipe(30) supplying the sterilized water of the upper heating sterilization unit to the storage(200) tank; and a heat exchanger(40) dropping the temperature of the sterilized water. The heat exchanger is installed in the route of the sterilized water supply pipe. |
