PURPOSE: A construction structure for a studying room and an arrangement method thereof are provided to maximize learning performance and learning effects by maximizing students' concentration and memory power since ultraviolet ray through the window is blocked. CONSTITUTION: A construction structure(10) for a studying room comprises a transparent window(22), a soundproof wall(15), a vibration preventing member(16), and an indoor air control unit(30). The transparent window is formed on one side of a sidewall plate(13). The soundproof wall comprises an upper plate and side wall plates with multiple protrusions/depressions. The vibration preventing member blocks the vibration transmitted through a floor side inside a room. The indoor air control unit is formed on one side of a space.
