PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an elevator compensation chain with adjustable radius of curvature, and an elevator compensation chain manufactured using the same are provided to prevent noise and impact. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an elevator compensation chain with adjustable radius of curvature is as follows. The coating of a link-type chain is formed by supplying threads to the chain using multiple bobbins(130). The bobbins are divided into a first bobbin group which is forward moved, and a second bobbin group which is reversely moved. The width of the chain is 20-50mm. The bobbins are rotated around the chain 10-16 times per a minute.
