PURPOSE: A cooking pot for direct heating is provided to prevent overheat of a transparent glass plate and shortens the cooking time by three-dimensionally heating food. CONSTITUTION: A cooking pot for direct heating includes a roasting plate(3) and flame emitting pipe(4). The flame is flown in through a flame hole and a flame emitting pipe. The flame flown in through the flame hole concentratedly heats bottom surface of roasting plate and emits the flame ascended through flame emitting pipe through flame radiating slots(4a) of the flame emitting pipe. The flame reflected by a flame reflecting and guiding plate(4d) of upper part of the flame emitting pipe concentratedly heats the external surface of the roasting plate and three-dimensionally heats the food put on the roasting plate. |
