COMPOSITION OF EPOXY RESIN AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An epoxy resin composition is provided to drastically reduce a production process and cost of a product because use of subsidiary material for fixing a shape is not necessary. CONSTITUTION: An epoxy resin composition includes an epoxy resin and a hardener in a weight ratio of 2:1. The epoxy resin comprises 70-90 weight% of bisphenol A-type epoxy resin, 0.1-5 weight% of anti-foaming agent, 0.1-5 weight% of leveling agent, and 8-30 weight% of reactive flexible epoxy. The hardener includes 20-40 weight% of a cycloaliphatic diamine type hardener, 10-30 weight% of trimethyl hexamethylene diamine, 10-30 weight% of accelerator, and 20-40 weight% of co-polymer.
