FILM COATING DEVICE USING MICROGRAVURE AND COATING METHOD BY THE SAME

PURPOSE: A film coating device using micro gravure is provided to smoothly flow in a coating solution by forming specific grooves on the surface of a side wall, and to minimize the rubbing of the side wall and the surface of the gravure roll. CONSTITUTION: A film coating device using micro gravure includes: a liquid pan dipping a coating solution; and a gravure roll rotated by being dipped a part of the gravure roll in the liquid pan to transfer the coating solution to a film. Side walls having curved upper side corresponding to the surface of the gravure roll are installed at both sides inside the liquid pan so that a proper amount of the coating solution is dipped. Grooves(4) are formed on the curved surface of the upper end of the side wall.
