METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR POSITION ARRANGEMENT THROUGH PREFERENCE MATCHING

PURPOSE: A method and a system for position arrangement through preference matching are provided to stably and promptly arrange required employees by performing a deployment procedure according to a preset deployment algorithm after inputting the requirement for selecting employees and the information on personal preferable department. CONSTITUTION: A selection requirement registration module(102) receives and registers the requirement information of the selected employees from each department. A selection requirement DB(103) for each department stores the requirements for selecting a employee which are registered according to each department. A preferable deployment department request registration module(104) receives and registers preferable deployment department requests. A preferable deployment department DB for employees(105) stores the preferable deployment department information.
