PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device is provided to reduce flicker in all display gradations. CONSTITUTION: A pixel array unit(13) has plural scanning lines(WSL) and plural signal lines(DTL). In correspondence to the cross sections of each scanning line and signal line, plural sub pixels(11R,11G,11B) are arranged in matrix format. Each sub pixel includes two transistors(14,15) and a liquid crystal device(16). One end of the liquid crystal device is connected to a sour or drain of the transistor. |
