PURPOSE: A grill for roasting meat is provided to prevent soot and smoke generated when oil from fish or meat falls down on a brazier. CONSTITUTION: A grill for roasting meat includes an upper plate(1), a lower plate(2), a connection ring(3), a handle(4), and an oil guide groove. The connection ring and the handle are attached to four edges. The connection ring separates or combines upper and lower plates. Oil is easily discharged along with a gully. The oil guide groove is attached to a spot where gullies of the lower plate gather together. |
