PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing lens and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve productivity by manufacturing a lens through conditions inside a vacuum chamber without elaborate mold. CONSTITUTION: A lens manufacturing apparatus(100) is comprised of a vacuum chamber(110), a vacuum part(120), an upper frame(140), a rising and falling part(130), a lower frame(150), a master plate(170), and a heating portion(141). The vacuum chamber comprises a vacuum space therein. The upper frame is located in the vacuum chamber and a substrate is mounted in the lower frame. The rising and falling part moves up and downs the upper frame. The lower frame is installed in lower part of the upper frame.
