<p>The part (10) has a metallic insert (12) partially covered by a plastic body (14), where the insert has opposite surfaces. The surfaces has two disengage zones respectively, where the disengage zones are balanced with each other. The one of the zone is surrounded by the body. The body is made of thermosetting resin e.g. polyester. A part of the one of the opposite surfaces is extended in a cohesion part forming a cohesion surface. The insert has a surface coating deposited by galvanization. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a mold for manufacturing a hybrid part (2) a method for manufacturing a hybrid part.</p> |
