FERMENTED SOYBEANS PILL AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURE THEREOF

PURPOSE: Fermented soybeans and a fermented soybean pill, and a producing method thereof are provided to use jujubes removing bad smell of the fermented soybeans. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a fermented soybean pill comprises the following steps: washing soybeans and soaking with bedrock groundwater(a1); boiling the soaked soybeans inside a cast-iron cauldron(b2); cooling the soybeans at 50~60deg C, and fermenting(c1); drying the obtained fermented soybeans(d1); crushing the dried fermented soybeans using a grinder to form powder(e1); mixing the fermented soybeans powder with fermented jujube concentrate(f1); and forming pills with the paste before drying(g1,h1).
