PURPOSE: A system and a method thereof are provided to effectively and thermally decompose EDTA included in a chemical cleaning waste solution by dually and thermally decomposing the chemical cleaning waste solution through an electric furnace and an oxidation furnace. CONSTITUTION: An evaporative concentration device(10) evaporates and concentrates a cleaning waste solution. An electric furnace(30) thermally decomposes the cleaning waste solution that passes the evaporative concentration device. An oxidation furnace(40) oxidizes exhaust gas exhausted from the electric furnace. A catalyst reactor(50) eliminates the toxic gas that is discharged from the oxidation furnace. A condensed water storage container(60) cools the exhaust gas that is exhausted from the catalyst reactor. |
