PURPOSE: An aerobic maintenance and composition of a cyclic type landfill using an air film structure, and an operation method thereof are provided to prevent the generation of leachate by rainwater by installing an air dome. CONSTITUTION: An operation method of an aerobic maintenance and composition of a cyclic type landfill using an air film structure comprises the following steps: installing an air dome; firstly performing an aerobic prior stabilization construction of a buried layer; installing a selection plant; selecting combustible waste and compressing, incinerating, or moving to an excavation completion region; removing the selecting plant and a skeleton film structure; composing an aerobic landfill facility; performing an aerobic burying process; and planting trees on the upper side.
