PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost and large-capacity dehumidifying apparatus of a multiple-stacked type capable of enhancing dehumidification efficiency and of functioning as a cooling/dehumidifying column of a size suitable for use in a large scale plant or the like.SOLUTION: A plurality of cooling/dehumidifying modules 10 each having a function of a cooling/dehumidifying column and made compact relative to the size of the cooling/dehumidifying column are prepared. The plurality of cooling/dehumidifying modules 10 are each formed to have a size carriable by a loading platform of a truck. A dehumidifying apparatus for dehumidifying a large amount of compressed air is constructed in such a manner that the total sum of the amount of air treatable by the plurality of cooling/dehumidifying modules 10 connected one after another in the vertical direction is made suitable and sufficient for treating the amount of air to be treated in a large scale plant. The drain discharged from the upper cooling/dehumidifying modules 10 is used as a cooling medium for the lower cooling/dehumidifying modules 10. |
