PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device which can reduce a communication load and prevent a processing load of each of management devices from being excessive.SOLUTION: A communication device 100 has a notice information transmitting portion 101 and a control portion 102. When a predetermined event occurs, the notice information transmitting portion 101 transmits event notice information indicating the occurrence to each of a plurality of management devices. The control portion 102 determines for each of the management devices whether or not an event occurrence rate which is a frequency when the event has occurred per unit time is larger than an event occurrence rate threshold value set for each of the management devices. When it is determined that the event occurrence rate is larger than the event occurrence rate threshold value for a certain management device, the control portion 102 prevents at least a part of the event notice information from being transmitted to the management device at event occurrence. |
