摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat exchange efficiency without increasing passage resistance.SOLUTION: In the core part 1 of an oil cooler, a number of first core plates 5 and second core plates 6, which have fundamental shapes in common, are alternately laminated and oil flow paths 7 and cooling water flow paths 8 are formed alternately between the respective core plates 5, 6. Fin plates 11 are put in a sandwiched manner in the oil flow paths 7, respectively. First protrusions 31 are provided respectively on the first core plates 5 and second protrusions 32 are provided respectively on the second core plates 6, so that they bulge outward as viewed from the oil flow paths 7 and lie alternately to flows of oil. With this, oil flows meanderingly as shown by an arrow 35, temperature boundary layers on the surfaces of the core plates 5, 6 become small and the heat exchange efficiency is improved. At the parts of the respective protrusions 31, 32, gaps 33 are formed between the protrusions and the fin plate 11 and the passage resistance decreases.
