PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate with a cured film, equipped with a cured film on the top surface of the substrate, the cured film makes fingerprint stains less visible in the practical use.SOLUTION: The substrate with a cured film is equipped with a cured film including an organosilicon compound as a matrix resin on the top surface of the substrate. The organosilicon compound is a hydrolyzate of a hydrolyzable organosilane containing more than 5 mol% of a hydrolyzable organosilane having π electron conjugated structure. The two-dimensional surface roughness (Ra) of a fingerprint stain corresponding to one piece of pattern of the fingerprint is 100 nm or less when the fingerprint is marked on the cured film.
