PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for molding built-in component of a blow molded article that can mount a built-in component to an outer wall inner surface of a blow molded article at a predetermined position while preventing an increase in the mounting weight of the built-in component.SOLUTION: A built-in component holding member 30 includes a holding member upper part and a holding member lower part. The holding member upper part and the holding member lower part are bendably connected to each other at a holding member bending part, and have a built-in component holding and engaging part holing a built-in component 20 at a locking part. In a blow molding method, a blow molding die 40 is opened to insert the built-in component holding member 30 holding the built-in component 20 into a parison 8, the blow molding die 40 is closed to weld the built-in component 20 to an inner surface of the parison 8, and after blow molding, a holding member bending part of the built-in component holding member 30 is bent to remove the built-in component holding and engaging part from the locking part of the built-in component 20 to take out the built-in component holding member 30 from a blow molded article.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 18 |
