PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing induced pluripotent stem cells (iPS cells), which has high safety, does not limit cell species, induces at least any of six species of genes of Oct3/4, Klf4, c-Myc, Sox2, Nanog and Lin28, mRNAs of the genes, a combination of at least two species of proteins and a compound in high efficiency, improves production efficiency and stability of induced pluripotent stem cells (iPS cells) when a prescribed induction amount is induced prescribed times and produces induced pluripotent stem cells from a small amount of cells.SOLUTION: The method for producing induced pluripotent stem cells (iPS cells) includes a somatic cell induction step of inducing at least any of six species of genes of Oct3/4, Klf4, c-Myc, Sox2, Nanog and Lin28, mRNAs of the genes, a combination of at least two species of proteins and a compound to somatic cells by using an automated microinjection means. |
