Devices, system, and methods for monitoring the physiological status of one or more persons and/or for coordination of medical treatment of one or more persons are provided. A monitoring system can comprise an adherent support configured to adhere to the skin of a person, one or more physiological sensors coupled with the support and supported with the support, a processor coupled with the one or more physiological sensors, and an input/output device configured to display at least one of a condition for the monitored person and/or data for the monitored person. A monitoring system can further comprise a monitoring subsystem for use by a first responder in locating and/or treating a monitored person.
