PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple lock device that allows a battery cover to be easily detached, and to provide a portable electronic apparatus using the same.SOLUTION: A lock device includes a fixing base, two latching members slidably mounted on the fixing base, an elastic member mounted between the two latching members and providing an elastic force when the two latching members are moved close to or apart from each other, and a releasing member slidably mounted to the fixing base and driving the sliding of the two latching members. |
