A non-deliquescent salt of a 4-hydroxypiperidine derivative represented by the following formula (I) or a solvate thereof. In said formula, Q represents thienylmethyl or 4-cyanophenylethyl; A represents methylene or ethylene; R represents hydrogen or methyl; n is 1 or 2; Z represents an acid selected from the group consisting of hydrochloric acid, hydrobromic acid, hydriodic acid, oxalic acid, malic acid, tartaric acid, citric acid, benzenesulfonic acid, and toluenesulfonic acid; and when n is 2, then Zs may be the same or different, provided that the case where R is methyl, n is 2, and Z hydrochloric acid is excluded. Also provided is a medicinal composition containing the non-deliquescent salt or solvate as the active ingredient.
