PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable wiring board which enables inspection of a faster element and fast inspection by reducing a stray capacitance generated between wiring layers of the wiring board.SOLUTION: In a wiring board, a plurality of first connection wirings 1a on a lower surface of a first wiring board 1 and a plurality of second connection wirings 3a on an upper surface of a second wiring board 2 are connected, and in the second wiring board 2, a plurality of ceramic wiring boards 3 are mutually joined in a side surface. Since respective sizes of the plurality of ceramic wiring boards 3 are small, even if a size of the second connection wiring 3a connected to the second inner wiring 3b is reduced, a first wiring board 1 can be surely connected thereon and the stray capacitance generated between the second connection wiring 3a and the second inner wiring 3c can be reduced by reducing the size of the second connection wiring 3a, thus realizing a wiring board which can input and output a faster signal. |
