PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer data processing method and its system for notifying a prescribed user of the error items of error data included in transfer data, and for making the user correct the transfer data by preventing the other party of transfer from being specified.SOLUTION: This transfer data processing system includes: a means (301) for receiving a transfer data file having data items to which identification codes for uniquely identifying transfer data are assigned; a means (303) for checking the transfer destination information of the transfer data file; a means (305) for extracting error data from a processing acceptance database (313) in which the transfer data are stored; a means (307) for notifying a prescribed user of the error items; a means (309) for displaying the identification codes and the error items to the operation terminal of the user; and a means (311) for receiving correction data input through the operation terminal, and for updating the error data.
