PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and inexpensive manufacturing method of emulsion fuel which is excellent in flammability and stability.SOLUTION: The method is characterized by that fluid object (an emulsifier is not to be included), in which air is mixed into fuel oil and water mixed at a predetermined rate, is force-fed to a stationary mixer for emulsification.
