<p>The present invention relates to a regenerative braking device and to a vehicle comprising the same, and more specifically it relates to: a regenerative braking device which can generate electricity by using the rotational force of a rotating means of a vehicle and at the same time effects braking by using the resulting electricity-generation load; and to a vehicle comprising the same. According to one aspect, the present invention provides a regenerative braking device comprising an adhering device which rotates in contact with the rotating means of the vehicle and is designed to reduce the rotation of the rotating means due to an electricity-generation load as it supplies a power source, a generator for converting the rotational kinetic energy from the adhering device to electrical energy, and a linking gear which is positioned between the adhering device and the generator and transmits rotation.</p> |
