PURPOSE: Sikhye(sweet rice drink) using opuntia ficus-indica, tangerines, or green tea, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer active ingredients, the color, and the flavor of the opuntia ficus-indica, the tangerines, or the green tea to the sikhye. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of sikhye(sweet rice drink) using opuntia ficus-indica, tangerines, or green tea comprises the following steps: freeze-drying the opuntia ficus-indica, the tangerines, or the green tea to obtain powder; extracting a malt extract from malt powder(S100); mixing the opuntia ficus-indica, tangerines, or green tea powder with non-glutinous rice, and making hard-boiled rice(S200); mixing the malt extract with the hard-boiled rice(S300); aging the mixture for 4~8hours(S400); mixing the opuntia ficus-indica, tangerines, or green tea powder with the obtained aged sikhye, and boiling for 30minutes~1hours after adding sugar(S500); and cooling the boiled sikhye(S600).
