PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garment and a hood capable of surely fixing the hood to a hat and enabling smooth head-swinging action after fixation.SOLUTION: The garment is provided with the hood 3 covering the hat having a brim 2 and a fixing means 4 to fix the hood 3 to the hat. The fixing means 4 has a connection part 8 attached to the hood 3 with a base end, and an engaging part 9 attached to a tip end of the connection part 8 and engaged and connected to the brim 2. The connection part 8 has a structure to swing the connection part to the right and left around a supporting point T at the base end side in response to head swinging action of a person wearing the hat. |
