PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for testing defects of an electrolyte membrane and a cell are provided to accurately detect the defects from objects to test, and to test the total or partial area of the object before manufacturing the cell or a cell stack in real time. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(100) for testing defects of an electrolyte membrane and a cell comprises the following: an upper multi probe(4) and a lower multi probe(5) applied with high voltages of electricity by contacting with the upper and the lower side of a testing object(7); a high voltage supply and current leakage measurement device supplying the electricity to the upper and the lower multi probes; and a switching power system(3) to change the applying method of the high voltage electricity to the probes. |
