PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a functional scattering panel is provided to increase the dimensional stability by minimizing the deformation of the panel due to peripheral environment. CONSTITUTION: A flat extrusion die(21) maintains extruded flat sheet(10') at extrusion temperature. The surface of a first roller(30) is flat and is maintained at the first temperature. A plurality of embossed protrusion recesses(42) is formed on the surface of a second roller in order to shape embossed protrusions(12) on one side of the flat sheet. The surface of the second roller is maintained at the second temperature. A plurality of longitudinal protrusion recesses(53) is formed on the surface of a third roller(50) in order to shape longitudinal protrusions(13) on the other side of the flat sheet. The surface of the third roller is maintained at the third temperature. |
