PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which can correctly measure the radioactivity amount and the fluid volume of a vial containing a radioisotope labeled compound solution, aiming for simplifying and downsizing it, and to provide an automatic dispenser equipped with the device.SOLUTION: A syringe 17 is driven at a constant speed and sucks the radioisotope labeled compound solution. The radiation count from a radiation detector element 23 which is arranged in the syringe 17 starts rising with the suction at the constant speed. The time until the stop of rising is measured and the sucked fluid volume is measured from the measured time and the sucking amount per unit time of the syringe 17. Also, the radioactivity amount is measured by the radiation count at the time of the stop of rising.
