PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the mounting of an electrostatic atomizer and the maintenance and inspection of the electrostatic atomizer, and to supply charged fine particle water generated by the electrostatic atomizer arranged outside an air blowing passage into the air blowing passage by a simple configuration.SOLUTION: This air blower 5 includes an air blowing fan 3 having a suction port 1 at an upstream end and a blowout port 2 at a downstream end. Charged fine particle water generated by the electrostatic atomizer 9 is supplied into the air blowing passage 4 and blown out from the blowout port 2. An outer recess 6 is formed by recessing the outer face side of part of a wall of the air blowing passage 4, and the inner face side of the outer recess 6 serves as an inner projection 7 protruded to the inside of the air blowing passage 4. A cross section of a part where the inner projection 7 is protruded within the air blowing passage 4 is set smaller than that of the other part, and the part serves as a negative pressure part 8. The electrostatic atomizer 9 is arranged outside the air blowing passage 4, and a discharge port 10 for supplying the charged fine particle water generated by the electrostatic atomizer 9 into the air blowing passage 4 is made communicate with the negative pressure part 8. |
