摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an accuracy of estimation of the maximum doppler frequency related to phasing variation when an receiving signal of a pilot symbol is affected by a cause other than the phasing variation.SOLUTION: A shift detector 106 detects a temporal phase shift of a receiving signal. A CPICH symbol receiving power measurement unit 104 estimates the impact by a cause other than the phasing variation to the phase shift. A shift counter 107 counts the number of phase shift based on the estimation result of the impact of a cause other than the phasing variation to the phase shift. An fd estimation value detector 108 detects an estimation value for the maximum doppler frequency, from the number of phase shift counted by the shift counter 107.
