摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent supply of dry exhaust gas from being interrupted with tar attached to supply means which transfers the dry exhaust gas from removal means, removing a predetermined substance from gas generated when drying sludge, to another facility.SOLUTION: Piping to transfer dry exhaust gas from a scrubber 24 to a furnace 11 is configured to be a double pipe 32 with an inner pipe 32a and an outer pipe 32b which can mutually transfer heat. The dry exhaust gas exhausted from the scrubber 24 with a dry exhaust gas fan 31 is passed through the inner pipe 32a while supplying flowing air heated by a flowing air heat exchanger 12 to the outer pipe 32b. The dry exhaust gas is heated to a temperature equal to or higher than a boiling point of tar included in the dry exhaust gas by transferring heat from the flowing air inside the outer pipe 32b to the dry exhaust gas inside the inner pipe 32a. When the double pipe 32 is not used, the dry exhaust gas inside piping leading from the scrubber 24 to the furnace 11 is directly heated by supplying heated flowing air to the piping.
