PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack whose assembling workability is satisfactory, when assembling a secondary battery.SOLUTION: A battery core pack (2), that has a flat hexahedron, is accommodated in a battery pack case (1). The battery pack case (1) accommodates the battery core pack (2), and has integrally constructed four sidewalls located opposite to four side surfaces of the battery core pack (2). The battery pack case (1) is a box-formed housing having two main surfaces, one of which has an opening surface (1O), and the other has a bottom surface (1U). In one corner of the battery pack case (1) and an opening surface (1O) of the battery pack case (1), there are provided extending parts (3R), (3L) that extend toward the center of the opening surface (1O) from the corner, and further, on a side of the extending parts (3R), (3L) of at least one sidewall of the four sidewalls adjacent to the corner, there are provided notches (11CR), (11CL) and (14C) opened from the opening surface (1O). |
