PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting apparatus with a structure which enhances a storage efficiency of dust generated when a printing sheet is cut.SOLUTION: The cutting apparatus cuts each printed part so that the part is separated from a printing sheet of paper, by cutting the printing sheet in which a plurality of printed parts are printed through cutting orthogonal to a conveyance direction with a straight blade unit 66 and 67 arranged in the conveyance route of the printing sheet, and through cutting in the conveyance direction with a slitter unit 71 and 72 arranged on the conveyance destination side from the straight blade unit. The cutting apparatus is equipped with: conveyance rollers right in front the straight blade unit provided in the conveyance route and conveyance rollers right behind it; a dust storing container 30 provided below the rollers right behind the straight blade unit and the slitters, and receiving dust generated when each printed part is cut; a dust dropping guide plate 11 provided just under the conveyance rollers right in front the straight blade unit and conveyance rollers right behind it, and guiding end margin dust 6 cut by the straight blade cutter, to a dust storage 32; and a dust guiding plate 15 provided just under the slitter unit and sending side margin dust 7 to a dust storage 33. |
