PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition which exhibits excellent adhesiveness to a metal such as aluminum even though the resin composition is a nonaqueous material.SOLUTION: The urethane resin composition includes a polyisocyanate compound A, a water-soluble polyol compound B, an acidic phosphorus compound or its salt C, and a hydrophobic polyol compound D. A compound represented by formula (1), wherein R represents a hydrogen atom, a hydroxy group or a hydrocarbon group, n represents an integer of 1 when R represents a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group, and n represents an integer of ≥1 when R represents a hydroxy group, can be used as the acidic phosphorus compound. The compound is preferably at least one selected from 2-6C aliphatic polyhydroxy alcohol, di- or triethylene glycol and a polyglycerol as the water-soluble polyol compound B. |
