PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer with a stacker mechanism, which reduces the size by placing a printing medium piece cut while applying printing by a label printer, in an upper part of a casing.SOLUTION: This printer includes a printing means 25 arranged in the casing 40, carrying a long size printing medium 21 and printing variable information on the surface side of the printing medium 21, a cutting means 26 for cutting the printing medium 21 printed by the printing means 25 in the one printing medium piece 21a, an issuing port 30 opened on an upper surface of the casing 40, an ejecting means 27 for ejecting the printing medium piece 21a cut by the cutting means 26 to an external part from the issuing port 30, a rocking guide means 3 arranged in close vicinity to the issuing port 30 and inclining and rocking for guiding the printing medium piece 21a ejected to the external part from the issuing port 30 to the surface side or the reverse surface side of the printing medium piece 21a, and a placing part 2 formed in both ends in the short side direction of the issuing port 30 and placing and stacking the printing medium piece 21a guided by the rocking guide means 3. |
