PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fundus oculi camera which has improved operability and can perform suitable photographing.SOLUTION: The fundus oculi camera has a moving base which is moved forward and backward and rightward and leftward with respect to a subject's eye, a photographing section moviable forward and backward and right ward and leftward with respect to the moving base on the basis of the result of detection of an alignment index projected on the subject's eye, a mode switching means to switch the mode from an automatic alignment mode, in which the alignment of the photographing section and the subject's eye is automatically performed, to a manual alignment mode, in which the alignment of the photographing section and the subject's eye is manually performed and vice versa, and a movement controlling means to set the front and rear fixing positions of the photographing section with respect to the movement base to the side ahead of the front and rear reference positions of the photographing section in the automatic alignment mode, in the manual alignment mode. |
