PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out stable power generation while effectively using power generation output of a fuel cell, even in case a customer load is changed in self-sustained operation.SOLUTION: In a self-sustained operation (a step S1), when a temperature in a package detected by a temperature sensor 106a is to be the regulation temperature or less (a step S2), an antifreezing heater 110 is used as a load for adjusting the total of load volume and is also operated as an antifreezing. Conversely, when the temperature in the package is to be more than the regulation temperature, a water vapor separating heater 35 as substitute for the antifreezing heater 110 is operated as a load for adjusting the total of load volume (a step S4), the output current of the fuel cell 1 is monitored so as to be in the allowable range, and the load volume of the antifreezing hater 110 or the water vapor separating heater 35 is adjusted so as the total value of the load volume of an internal load 3 and a customer load 12 to be an output target value Wsum. |
