PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll body of an optical member which hardly causes a problem of the adhesion of paste on a cut face and preferably hardly causes winding wrinkles (orange peel) or dents upon delivering as a roll or storing, and to provide a method for manufacturing a liquid crystal display device using the member.SOLUTION: The roll body of the optical sheet member is characterized in that: the optical sheet member includes a releasable carrier film via an adhesive layer on at least one surface of an optical film; and the adhesive layer is formed of an acrylic (co)polymer and exhibits a storage modulus of 0.9 to 1.2 MPa when subjected to shear strain at 23°C at a frequency of 10 Hz (with a thickness of 800 μm and the dynamic strain of 0.1%), a breaking elongation of 500 to 2,000% in a tension test, and an adhesive force of 3 to 15 N/25 mm when the member is pressed and laminated to a smooth stainless steel surface (SUS304 manufactured by KOUEI KOGYO Co.) by using a 2-Kg roller in single reciprocal movement and then peeled at a peeling speed of 300 mm/min at an angle of 180° one minute after being laminated. |
