PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder body supply device and an image forming apparatus, which surely suppress the aggregating of a powder body.SOLUTION: The powder body supply device includes: a powder body storage container 181 for storing the powder body inside the powder body storage container, which includes a discharge-conveyance port from which the powder body is conveyed outside; a conveying member 182, disposed in the powder body storage container, for conveying the powder body to the discharge-conveyance port 181b by being driven, at a speed higher than a speed when being conveyed outside through the discharge-conveyance port; pressure detecting parts (187, 1A) for detecting pressure on the powder body applied due to the conveyance of the powder body by the conveying member; and a control part 1A, which controls affecting elements affecting the conveyance when pressure detected by the pressure detecting part increases so as to decrease conveyance of the powder body by the conveying member. |
