PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device capable of enhancing easily and inexpensively sealing performance of a magnetic sealing member, and an image forming device equipped therewith.SOLUTION: This developing device is arranged with the magnetic sealing members 33a, 33b for preventing a developer from being leaked through a gap between a housing 20 and a developing roller 25, in both end parts of the developing roller 25. Each of the magnetic sealing members 33a, 33b is constituted by magnetizing a large number of N-poles and S-poles alternately with a prescribed pitch on an inner circumferential face, and a pitch width p is 1 mm or more to 3 mm or less in the N-poles and S-poles. |
