PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform approval processing of e-mail without using a dedicated e-mail server.SOLUTION: When e-mail to be transmitted is approval e-mail, this terminal device does not transmit the e-mail to an e-mail address of a transmission destination of the approval e-mail, and transmits the e-mail with an e-mail address of an approver added to the approval e-mail as a destination. When prescribed approval operation is performed when the received e-mail is the approval e-mail, the terminal device transmits the approval e-mail to an e-mail address of a next approver when the e-mail address of the next approver is included in a header of the approval e-mail, and transmits the approval e-mail to the e-mail address of the transmission destination included in the approval e-mail when it is not included. When prescribed return operation is performed to the approval e-mail, the terminal device transmits the approval e-mail with an e-mail address of a transmission source as a destination. |
